I couldn't fill that with programs if i tried............the normal Sky HD box does me fine and they give those out for free so i'd say no.

are u already a customer or signing up? Why did they offer it to you?

You can buy a 1TB drive for £35 and it's a piece of urine to swap them over

Cancelations are the dept that can offer you the best deals.

If worst comes to worst, and they double bluff you, just go through with it and then call back within 30 days and tell them you've changed your mind and want to stay.

Chances are you would get a call back from them within 72 hours offering you a better deal anyway.

chillyyyy

You only need a 1TB disk if you record HD programmes as they take up about 4 times the disk space.

I tried to get a new normal sky+ HD box tonight and they said it would be £149 + £60 installation fee. I said no thanks, ended the call saying I'd call up again to see if I can get a better offer, so I phoned up sky again as soon as I put the phone down and was offered the box for free (no HD subs but no HD for Sky channels which not bothered about tbh) if I take out another 12 month contract which I'm happy with.
I got chatted up by the second chap as well, he said I had a lovely accent and sounded very nice X)
Oh and I get a 50p a month discount lol.
