Sky+ & Multiroom

we have sky + downstairs, with a splitter in the loft we have sky upstairs in bedrooms, now we are considering the multiroom. we still have the old sky box, can anyone advise on what the cost would be to use our old sky box in the kids room to receive multiroom? would we get all the mixes or not?

thanks

I think you pay £10 a month to get the same as your original package.

when we moved we took a old skybox with us signed up for skyplus downstairs and multiroom with the old box for upstairs, but sky were really uncooperative with the fact we had a box since they wanted to charge us for another one, we just fought our corner and they agreed to activate that box so just stick your heels in and youll be fine!
(and gets exactly same as downstairs)

just explain to them its a box you have already paid for from your old address and that you wont pay for a new one when youve already had to pay out for the exsisting one

you have to pay the tenner monthly charge still but they also try to charge something like a riduculous 50 quid fone off charge or the extra box at least they did when we got it, thats the bit you dont need to pay
