Sky+ Remote Record only working from S60/Nokia phone - Not from iPhone app or PC browser

Hi there, I have recently had Sky+ HD installed. I have an Amstrad box.

I already had a Sky ID which I used for Sky player services over my broadband connection. I upgraded this Sky ID to a "primary user" using my viewing card number.

I then activated remote record using the website on the PC.

Now, my problem is that the remote record in only working from my Nokia 5800 phone (Sky app downloaded from Ovi store). It is not working from my iPod touch app and from the browser on my PC.

This is very strange as it seems to work from one client and not from others.

I have the telephone line connected to Sky+ HD box from day one, have done a recent software updated, made sure that both my landline and mobile numbers are updated in my sky -> my profile.

I have tried a number of times but it doesn't work.

I get this message everytime I try to do remote record using the browser on my PC:

"Sorry, It's not possible to remote record right now. Please try again later."

How to solve this problem?

not sure about that, but i had probs with it and was told to talk to sky mobile services who helped me out: 08442 411 531
