Go through with cancellation. Takes 30 days, they will call you more than once in those 30 days.

If for some reason they don’t, you can phone them and tell them you don’t want to go through with the cancellation, but wait until day 27/28

Any idea how they did it? £47 is a bit too much I just want it reduced a bit more
I think he cancelled it and he got a call back before from retentions.

But have you actually given the 30 days notice and waited for retentions to call you?

Not yet that was the best deal I could get yesterday from the retention team contract ends April 13th so I’m going to cancel next couple of weeks first I was thinking of trying the online chat or try ringing again and hope they give a better offer if not I’ll just cancel and hope they give a better deal

My sky contract is coming to an end as well soon. What’s the best price anybody been offered for the whole package + sky q + multi room. Thanks
I am just going through the process and yesterday was offered a new deal for everything including Broadband, on demand with Netflix, all channels (excluding BT sport), Sky Q multiroom. I was paying about £90 and my deal came to an end last month and noticed bill had gone up to £120+ so the best they could offer me was £95 a month. I told them to do one as if i was a new customer it would come to £88. have been SKY customer for 9 years. Its a disgrace and really annoys me all the companies that do this. tried to get them to match the Virgin offer at the moment for £65 a month for everything i have but also has BT sport. They would not entertain that price match.
