Sky TV without Netflix

Is there a way to get Sky TV without paying for Netflix or are customers forced to pay for Netflix through some sort of deal Sky cooked up with Netflix to make more money? Was pricing up Sky TV options and I see a £4 monthly Netflix charge with no way of removing it
