Thank God! I never thought of doing that, I don't think I have diet now.... If it was that bl**dy easy we'd all be doing it. I'm on anti-depressants and they make me ridiculously tired. I'm trying to come off them but they've got a low half life which means that they're more difficult to come off. I struggle to go out and whenever I exercise I go light-headed. Most of the time I have headaches which are a side effect of my medication so struggle to get out of bed let alone do any exercise.

didn`t mean to sound patronising, i have struggled all my adult life with a weight problem, until i realised i ate too much and did ****** all, so you need to have mega willpower and stop eating, just lost 3 stone going to weightwatchers, took me 5 months, and loads of willpower, there is no miracle cure, you can`t eat chocolate instead of food, if you try to do that the only person you fool is yourself

I'm sorry but you still sound patronising. I don't eat chocolate! Don't get me wrong, I used to but I rarely eat it. People differ when it comes to weight as we all know. Some people exercise like mad yet the weight doesn't come off and then there's some who eat whatever they like and don't gain weight. I know that my weight will continue to increase whilst I'm on my tablets but I'm trying to do something about it at the moment. I only asked if anyone had a password but I've just had sarcastic comments. It's cruel. If someone's quitting fags, coming off drugs or stopping alcohol I'd encourage it- not joke because they have an addiction.

Good on you for trying - I don't have a code but I hope you manage to get one from somewhere. Good luck!

Don't worry, there are lots of people out there where simply 'cutting back and doing more excercise' isn't the solution. For what it's worth, I think you're being sensible. Trying to make sure you're eating healthily and following a healthy eating plan is a good start, and once you feel well enough to add some excercise to it, at least you'll already have the diet part sorted. Good luck to you

    Hope this helps
