If it is sold in the UK it will the supplier will be Diageo - they hold the licence for the Smirnoff Brands.
it isnt the Smirnoff but i think this will do the trick;

Absolut Vanilla Vodka

More than 400 years of tradition stands behind every bottle of ABSOLUT Vodka. To ensure superb quality, every drop of ABSOLUT Vodka comes from one source- Ahus in southern Sweden. From the hardy winter wheat that grows in the region, to water from the companys own deep well, Ahus provides the distillery with the raw materials to produce the millions of bottles of ABSOLUT Vodka sold around the world.

ABSOLUT VANILIA Vodka is made from natural vanilla. To reflect the full potential of the vanilla flavour, all parts of the pod are used. ABSOLUT VANILIA Vodka has the rich, robust and complex taste of vanilla, with notes of butterscotch and hints of dark chocolate. Introduced in 2003.
