Smiths crisps are back

Found 4th May 2017
Poundworld had smiths crisps multi packs 7 bags 25g a bag in three flavours.

I tried the cheese and onion, they taste like golden wonder and the ready salted which were good not too salty.

When did they bring back the standard Smith's crisps? I know they are owned by Pepsi who pretty much killed the brand off in favour of walkers.

Things like frazzles were still branded smiths, but as said above others changed to walkers and the standard smiths crisps that at one time competed with golden wonder and walkers vanised.

I miss tubes

Oh I see. That's where I got confused as I always see Chipsticks, Frazzles and Snaps around.
Smith chip sticks the best by far, Smith's twisters mmmmmm.
Tudor crisps were always the best and you would climb a mountain to have one.
still day golden wonder are the best, theyre always on offer in home and bargain

Talking of spreading cheese; you seem to be popular in a Reddit thread at the moment.

I saw Irn Bru Xtra in Poundstretcher earlier today. This was in Bournemouth though.
I was shocked to see Smith's Crisps back on the shelves after about 20 years..... just hope to see Bovril return now (best ever crisp)
Do smiths crisps have a monopoly on flavour? Why do no major league crisp brands have so much flavour?
