Hello, I've got a question regarding an item that I sold on eBay that a buyer want to return and thought someone here might give me some insight.
Anyway, sold an item as a private seller on eBay for a buy it now price that included free delivery. The buyer has now received the item and says they thought I was selling something else and wants to return the item.
I'm OK with them returning the item but I want to be reimbursed for the postage that I had to pay.
The item sold for £9.99 and the postage was £3.20.
How do I go about getting the £3.20 back? Is there a way? Or can I just refuse to accept the return if they don't pay for my postage.
I have listed the item correctly it was purely their mistake.
