BBQ chicken.

Cook some chicken breasts and put some cooked bacon on top. Put some BBQ sauce on and some cheese and stick them under the grill. Really easy!

Chicken breasts, tin of condensed cream of mushroom soup. Bung the chicken into casserole dish, mix soup instead of using water or milk as suggests on can, use white wine. Pour oven chicken. Bung in some sweet corn if you fancy and some extra mushrooms if you like and serve with veg. Cook in oven or can be nuked in microwave but I prefer this one done slowly in oven.

3. Place the pork mince, bacon, thyme and parsley into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with a little salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
4. Divide the mixture into 16 and shape each portion into a small ball, using your hands.
5. Place the meatballs into the tomato sauce and simmer for 5-8 minutes, or until the meatballs are completely cooked through.
6. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to packet instructions.
