Sony Alpha A200 v Sony Alpha A230

Simple question: whats the difference between the Sony A200 and Sony A230? Both have the same lens and pixels? Thanks

I believe the a230 have live view so you actually see what you are shooting but ive got the a200 and its brilliant - good luck getting hold of one as they are discontinued

Thankyou for your comments, it seems once again that the older model ie: A200 is far superior than the A230A local camera store are doing offers on the A200 - but was considering the A230, but after reading the forum what "esq3585" linked to, im going for the A200 without a doubt. Thanks.

Been to Amazon, cheapest is ]£ 545!

Cheapest (which is in stock) is £ 299.99 with 18-70mm (or with case for £ 309.99). Would you say that is a fair deal? On fleebay, a used A200 seems to be reaching the £ 300.00 mark?

If you do buy one of these and are interested in additional lenses let me know - sure I've still got a Sigma 100-300mm zoom from my Minolta SLR that will definitely fit. Probably got a 35-70mm zoom too if you buy a body-only.
