I got a letter from my bank saying that Sony have disputed my chargeback and that I should confirm that I still dispute the transaction.
It was for 12 months Playstation+ .
I don't own a Playstation. However a family member may have added the card to their account.
The account stated was banned.
Should I proceed with the chargeback? If I don't reply to the letter they will pay Sony again.
Will give more information if necessary
