my partner upgraded his sky account at christmas to have sky movies (sky is in his name) anyway we found out today that they had taken over my calls from bt (bt is in my name) without my permission no letter to say they were doing it. the statement we got in january had no mention of sky talk so phoned bt this morning and they told me they took over the calls in december :O how can they do this if the sky is in my partners name and bt is my name? i now have a massive call bill as sky only give you free calls evening and weekend, my bt gives me free calls all day as this is when i tend to use the phone most through the day.....im so mad do you think i could complain and refuse to pay???
