Get a roof / loft aerial. Failing that, get the best indoor aerial you can find, and couple it with a signal booster. To be honest, freeview boxes are sold with the instruction to use a roof aerial, some of them just happen to work OK with an indoor aerial too.

I have an indoor aerial and a freeview box.....it works fine.Got to get a decent one though,a £5 jobbie probably won't do it.There are a couple at Asda that could do the job,one is £15 the other £20.I got the dearer one,looks a bit like a mini satellite dish,it works a treat.

Good thing with Asda,take it home and give it a try,if it does not work,you can return it for a full refund:thumbsup:
