    Special Needs Keyboard help

I need a computer keyboard that has lower case lettering rather than capitals, does anybody know where I can buy one please?

why is lower case easier to read?

the special needs teacher gave me stickers to attach on each letter and theyre yellow or white so you just attach to the main keys which means the other keys dont attact the eye and they can concentrate on the keys they need. They were free abd tbh i found them useful. The good thing is they can be used on a laptop too.

We have a local disability shop and they sell for no profit i.e caring cutlery 99p each-they were £6 each at least online.

    I'm guessing.....

^^^ Just as you have used lower case.

I'm assuming it's harder for them to connect the lower case and upper case versions of the same letter ( i.e. to recognise "G" and "g" is the same )

its cos some kids cant cope with lower and caps. My son isnt like that he could read age 3 all types including handwriting lol-he is hyperlexic.

yep they dont see both as the same as COM says.

OOhhh a word I have to look up! Thank you

EDIT-- Aww bless it must be so frustrating for him to recognise without the communicative understanding of what he's seeing.

we use these also in school for some of the kids who have difficulty and also the computer screens cover its amazing what a difference it makes for the kids who need it, hope you get sorted

Only mine is black plastic not white, my little one isn't special needs but finds it much easier to use than a normal keyboard
