A quick guide to the Sports Direct returns policy.

Can I return items for a refund?
For in-store purchases, you can return them to any branch of Sports Direct with your original receipt. They will only exchange your item(s) or offer a credit note, they don’t issue cash returns.

For online purchases, you can return the items by post within 14 days. If the whole order is being returned then a refund will be issued but they state that if only part of your order is returned they will only offer an exchange for those items (for a different size). If the item you want to exchange is out of stock they will offer you a refund.

You cannot return your online purchases in store.

How do I return my items?
For online orders, you will need to print and fill in a returns form here. Then return your parcel with the form to this address:

How much will Sport Direct returns cost me?
You are responsible for the cost of postage for any returns to Sports Direct so the cost will depend on the size of the parcel you are returning. They recommend that you use registered post for your returns in case the parcel gets lost.

Other returns information

• If you claim the product is defective, they will check this and if found to be true they will authorise a refund.
• Personalised items are non-refundable.
• Some products are not refunadble for hygiene reasons.
• If you used a gift card to pay for your goods then refunds will be issued on a gift card.
