Hi there,
I have seen that some people are successfully setting up Spotify Premium via a VPN in India, but I cannot make the payment go through, even though I have tried Revolut, Halifax Clarity and Wise car payment options.
I'm using NordVPN.
Can anyone help?

The cheapest way to get Spotify with the least amount of hassle is to join someone's family plan. Works out about £2.80 a month.
1. I changed my Spotify country to Thailand (with VPN) (using my old email and account with my playlists etc)
2. With VPN I opened a PayPal account in Thailand using a new email address.
3. Linked my UK Revolut card to Thai Paypal [IMPORTANT] I generated a Thai address and changed the post code so that the digits are lined up with my UK digits on my UK postcode:
So my card address is:
10 Downing Street
London
XX4 8XX
My Thai address is:
10 London Street
Bangkok
00048
My Spotify account uses my old "main" email address and only my payment is on the Thai paypal email address.
I used to send funds to my Thai PayPal from my UK PayPal as a "standing order" but I cancelled it by accident one day and as my Spotify charge was set to take money from Funds in PayPal first, then Revolut card is set as a backup if there are no funds and it went through no problem. I stopped sending the funds and it worked fine for the last few years using only the card linked to PayPal.
I now updated the card for the new one and set the Thai address the same and changed the backup payment method in PayPal as the new card.
I hope it helps someone.
Physical card.
Never tried this with a virtual one.
Easy to set up and don't even need to activate your card
I mean... I pay £15 a month and would absolutely pay less if I could be bothered! (edited)
Thanks for taking the time to explain! Have you always used a physical Revolut card for (this method) Thai spotify? Or have you always used a virtual Revolut card? I attempted this method with a virtual Revolut card (albeit in philippines) but I've been unsuccessful.
