SSD for Late 2009 13" Macbook

Any recommendations on which SSD to put in my white macbook? Any deals going about for decent SSD's?

    Thanks in advance.

I have a 13inch unibody white late 2009 MB and tried two different SSDs in it. Both worked fine but what i did notice when going into system info is that the interface only runs at SATA1, i.e. 1.5Gb/s as opposed to recent SATA3 running at 6Gb/s, which means the SSD was not running optimally. I therefore removed it and put back the original HDD as the minor speed improvement wasn't worth it. One further point, the Mac OS X I had on it (last one officially available for 2009MB) did not support TRIM without a paid third party app, which further reduces the usefulness of the SSD.

That Macbook has SATA 2, so should have been running at that
