    STA Travel - any experiences?

Looking to book flights only to Australia. STA travel have some well priced ones - anyone had any experience of using them? I've never heard of them before.
    Thanks

They're a very well-known, reliable company to buy flights from. They have stores in cities throughout the UK and other countries.

All, thanks for that. Just booked flight to Melbourne - £508 return, seemed a bit too good to be true!

I also booked a return Melbourn flight for £507 today with sta travel flying with etihad. unbelievable deal

Worse agent I've ever used. Sold me a deal for my son to get to Oz with the option to change the return date up to 3 times for an extra £40. Then when we tried to change the date they changed their minds and added an extra £170 or they wouldn't action the change!! Complained all the way to the top and they couldn't be bothered.
    I'd never use them again.

Never had a problem. Great company.
