Can anyone explain Stamp Duty for this situation please?…………the Gov calculator states different figures than my solicitor.
We are buying a house for £162,500, we will move into it on the day we sell our house.
It probably won’t happen until after the SD holiday ends on October 1st.
We already own another property which we rent out.
We are both from UK and the house will be our only residence.
