I'm interested in getting Steep on my pc as I've always been interested in extreme games like 1080 on the 64 and others, if people who've played it can tell me what it's like I'd really appreciate it

Beat to look at the current deals comments. A lot of people's opinions are there.

I checked on the uPlay one, but people talking about playing the beta and things like that, no help in that front as I want to know about the finished article

I think its great. The Eurogamer and Polygon reviews are very reflective of how i feel. Its a really polished game but takes practice to master. The one more go feeling is real with this one. Also read STEAM reviews, lots of people on there with over 30 or 40 hours played, too many of the negative reviews are from people who turned it off after 30 mins without giving it a chance to learn the mechanics.

Thanks mate, is there any games that you can compare it to?

Its hard to say because ive never played an open world sports sim, but it plays like a cross between Skate and 1080. Its a game to chill with, you can get a heli drop at the top of any of the mountains and just find your way down. It has challenges with daily, weekly and all time records to challenge (you can watch their replays too) so it has the one more go aspect like Trials (HD/Evolution/Fusion). The environments are varied considering its all snow. Just takes time to master and dont buy if you want another SSX as its not that type of game.

Thanks for taking the time to explain that to me, I love the State games and from what I've seen from Gameplay videos on YouTube it looks similar to Amped on the Xbox too, honestly mate I really appreciate the time you've taken to help me
