Bascially fits into the headphone jack on your stereo. Quick search found this but I am sure you could get cheaper if you have a couple mins to shop around

This is a direct connection to your ipod. You can also get those that connect to the 3.5mm headphone jack on your ipod into the 3.5mm socket on your stereo.

thanks guys. so u really reckon it would work then? lol i need to be 100% before i buy it.

Got the male to male in the car as I have a 3.5mm jack to stereo in there. Works fine!

The other works same manner as a dock jack on same principal. You should be fine with either assuming your stereo has a 3.5mm 'headphone' or similar input jack. Spec you provided says it has one.

If it is just for stereo though, why not go for a proper set of 3.5mm jack to stereo leads. Should improve quality. Most systems now have this as AUX inputs on rear. The one you indicate doesnt say though

Get what you pay for - but none of options should break the bank. Hope this helps!

This looks very similar to the mcm240 that my brother has, his had L/R audio connectors on the back. The only drawback is that they are hard to get too if you intend to wallmount.

Found this with more ]specs on the one you're after.
