anyone aware of this company selling returns/refurbs as new?

bought an item of these guys and seemed fine but had a minor fault, asked for a replacement which duly arrived but was obviously a return, and it was damaged. Asked for 2nd replacement and again it's obviously a customer return.

Would request another but chances are it'll be the same.

Any suggestions on how to handle?

Ask for your money back. Had loads of problems with studio in the past and never used since. Consumer Rights act 2015 means if the product isn't as advertised, ie sold as new but used, so nor as described. You can return for full refund.

I would but the item was far cheaper than anywhere else, I think I know the reason why now!

Did it state returns or anything of that nature on the websites item description? You could always try one more time and try your luck, as your right to cancel order is 30 days, 3rd time lucky maybe, and if not get your money back.

You will probably find it will be the original one you sent back first that will come next! If you want the item at the price they are selling, I would try one more time and if it is still same condition I would shop elsewhere.

tell them why are u sending me used returns can someone check it's anew one before u send it to me maybe that will help you.

my guess is studio have a fully bought out warranty with this manufacturer , any chance you could enlighten us to what the item is so we dont order it too ?
