    Thats fairly ballsy

This is just getting mad now, if he'd admitted to it in the first place no one would have thought twice, now it must be the number one news item.

    His advisors are shocking.

There will be serious balls getting booted today

This, I can't remember the amount of footballers that have admitted to affairs etc.

Literally, I can't remember them. This will be about for ages though

But its a week where there have been quite a few areas of media, sending a clear message to the courts. I think it's getting to a point where they are going to band together and basically if the whole media is going to release the info, there will be a lot of people to sue, possibly giving them more chance of getting away with it

If the law is going to let some abuse the system, then the media will push the limits.

OMFG .. I think the Sunday Herald will be looking for a new Editor come monday morning!!

Depends on the definition of the super injunction I suppose, I assume they do not actually name him, only suggest who it may be. Perhaps they can get away with it if they do not actually identify him.

Well they basically have, they show his team colours and basically give it away.

Superinjunction via Wiki - In England and Wales, a superinjunction (or super-injunction) is a form of gagging order in which the press is prohibited from reporting even the existence of the injunction, or any details of it

    Who is it?

    Actually, where has it gone?!

The Sunday Herald is a Scottish paper.
Giggsy's lawyers never applied for an injunction in Scotland

It's working for me, just google Sunday herald realtime

Strange how it took so long for the UK to learn about this - near enough midday before it broke on the web. I did not realise the injunction was Englandshire only and did not apply to Scotland.

Well done the Sunday Herald - probably the only thing of note in its short life so far.
