Swapping sky boxes

We have 2 sky boxes. 1 is a Sky HD plus box where you can record and the other is
Sky HD box and no recording. Both are downstairs.. but now we want to swap the 2 boxes.. Will it make any difference to Sky?.. we have the multiroom package.. but the intention is to later on to stop one of the boxes (end subscription) and make sure we have the Sky HD plus box in the room we want.

Google brought articles from 2010 so just checking it wont affect anything by
swapping the boxes. Both are connected to the phone line.

Thanks in advance

No difference, but do the cables come from the same horn thingy on the end of the satellite dish?

You mean the LNB yes it would do. You would need two cables going in for the recording feature.
If both locations have twin cables from dish then all should be interchangeable.
as long as the sky+ still gets 2 feeds from the LNB then it wont make any difference what so ever
Thanks everyone.. Will check the connections and hopefully will be the same and work.
Will sort it tomorrow.. Will get back once I have done. Appreciate the advice.
