See ST, AVP2 is ****, think Alien 4/Resident Evil etc. One film too many imho.

I saw it on friday night, and agree that its a really good film

The twist in the story was good

Just out of curiosity, how much does it cost to go to the cinema? I just looked up Sweeny Todd, and it's £6.80 plus 55p booking fee per ticket...so for the two of us thats nearly £15 to watch a film...am I getting old or is that ridiculous???

do you know anyone with an orange phone? you could do the orange wednesday and get the bogof if your near an odeon

yes the price is disgusting! take your own sweets cos the prices for all that are even worse!!

I took the other half and her sister, got student rates as they're at uni! :-D (£4.90 each for them, £7.00 for me!)
Proceeded to get some sweets....I spent nearly £4!!

But, was an excellent evening as we had dinner before at Moon Under Water - Beer 'n' Burger for £4.95 :-D

Hmm is this film really gory?

There's a lot throat cutting as you would expect :whistling:

I really didnt expect to enjoy this film, the idea of jonny dep singing in a film had me a bit confused! However i was glued. What an amazing film. The casting was spot on.
Yes it was alittle bloody at times but all in the theme of the film. The ending almost had me in tears:thinking:

Worst Film ever...

I didn't enjoy it much either, I watched I Am Legend a few days before Sweeny Todd and I preferred I Am Legend.

saw it last week - agree with the op, a scorcher! i don't buy too many dvds but definitely want a copy of this to keep when it comes out (the dream sequence in the middle was hilarious and provided some light relief!)
