    tablet buying help.

    Hi guys.

What I'm about to ask has a lot of specifics but I hope you can help.

I'm looking to get myself another tablet at some time in the future and I'm trying to find something to fit my requirements but not sure I can get it.

I'm wanting dual android and windows with 4g capabilities.
Now I'm not fussed about cost and I'm thinking 7 inch is the way to go this time but I don't really care about size.

I've read all the dual boot tablets though have had production ceased so can I still actually get one?

Failing that at its most basic I'm after a 4g android tablet with reasonable specs and looking for recommendations.

I'm after the standards really spec wise like 1080 screen 2gb ram quad core. X86 would be better.

But yeah there are so many options I'm falling at each hurdle.

    Any recommendations would be awesome.

Have a look at Console OS.

In time it will be available for the Dell Venue 11 Pro with i3/i5 processor (not the 32bit Atom/Baytrail version!) and potentially many other tablets that can run the 64bit Android kernel.

I am very pleased with my Hudl2 from Tesco and whilst only Android you will be able to install an app that can access your Windows device.
PS - Sorry to be pedantic but by stipulating Windows as a requirement - you are limiting the solutions. This is a constraint - not a requirement. If possible you should say what you actually want to use the device for.

    That's a great kick-start I missed!

So essentially this can be installed on an x86 windows tablet to add android?

    That sounds perfect atm.

Hmm yeah you are right. It's for flexibility mainly.

If i really Think about it it's not essential.

I've got games that are on both platforms that is like to play without using say splashtop etc. Having Microsoft office too would be useful.
