Dont really have this prob (black car) but im sure my Dad just uses t-cut.....could be wrong....

cover the whole car with more tar and you wont notice the unsightly marks anymore

simples:thumbsup:

I would recommend using Mer car polish, it will get the tar off and use it to polish the car and the tar will come easier in the future. I've been using it for years and it really does the job!!

Mer if not that white spirit, though I paid some professional company to do it for £27 after the council hired contractors to "cold" strip the road without giving me the chance to move my car. Apparently cold stripping the road wouldn't have made splatters of tar cover my entire car. Though they still sent out a road sweeper to jet wash my car clean but he couldn't get it off.
