    Tassimo worst company ever

    so i last told you guys about my machine been sent backwards and forwards for repair to the Bosch factory. With my item still coming back broken each time. Well last time round i rang tassimo they said they would contact Bosch and get them to send a replacement machine. I received machine yesterday and its a small machine Tassimo suny my original machine is a T40.
    This Tassimo suny machine isn't even stocked in this country.
    where as they still stock the T40 machine. This might be the worst company ever they pass you over to Bosch every time you contact them

    I mean every time you ring Tassimo they say they will have to contact Bosch on your behalf and you then have to wait for a email which can take up to a week from Bosch. I pointed out last time i rang tassimo my contract is with tassimo as i bought the machine off there website they still said they could not replace the machine it would have to be Bosch. so i waited just under a week for the Bosch email again. This whole process has left me with out a machine for over 3 months by the way. finally Bosch agreed to send new machine and guess what its there cheapest machine on the euro market NOT UK . a quick google search and it costs between 40-60 euros not the same money i payed for my machine so it must be a inferior machine.

    if you paid by credit card ,contact them.

    When you go to tassimo.co.uk/ you will probably find from the contact details that they are just a seller of said machines

    that's why they contact Bosch to organise repair etc - but ultimately you purchased the machine from Tassimo website (Mondelez UK Ltd) so you need to ask for full refund/replacement from them under SOG Act

    Thankyou this is what i told tassimo last time round when i rang them i want a refund i bought it off your website your responsible as its been nearly 3 months with out a machine because of the amount of times you have insisted it be repaired after sometime on the phone with tassimo. They just kept saying they could not refund but they could repair or maybe replace i said its been for repair 3 times already to Bosch and each time its come back still not working they admitted this is a joke and not good customer service but there is no way they would refund so the best they could do is contact Bosch again on my behalf and get them to replace the machine. Bosch agreed by email to me and sent me the cheapest machine in the range one thats not even stoked in the uk

    So contact your local trading standards office and let them deal with it.
