Found 25th Oct 2010
So I have just received a letter from the council stating
repayment due £££

does this mean I have to pay them, or them me?
It states ' a payable order for this amount has been issued to you separately.'

Thanks all, sorry for a dumb question, not had the best morning ever

Katie, Don't want to upset you but if it's coming from the council it won't be a Tax Refund,
the good news, if it's a repayment they are giving you money back.
Spend it wisely X)
