    TCB question

    Bought the Desire S deal on saturday and decided to buy another yesterday late 23:33, cashback has tracked today and I have been sent an email saying so, but it says it is for yesterdays transaction, does that mean that my other isn't going to track?

    I have had this problem in the past, I ordered a virgin mobile through mine for a friend and it tracked, then i ordered one again for myself and it never tracked, you can enquire about it if it does not track just make sure u got order number.

    Someone else might be able to help more but thought id add what i have experienced myself.

    Did it track in the end mate?

    It took an extra 3 months than what it should of but i did eventually get it.

    Why did my purchase not track?
    Whilst the vast majority of transactions do track, there will always be situations where, for instance, anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer might prevent cashback tracking back to your account.

    If this happens, then firstly – Don’t Panic. Please wait at least a week or two – as some transactions take a little while to be reported to us by the merchants. If at this stage, the cashback has not tracked to your account, simply complete a 'Missing Cashback Claim' – using the link below. The claim form should only take a few minutes to complete – but you will certainly need your order number as supplied by the merchant you purchased from.

    Having received your cashback claim, we will then chase up your cashback on your behalf with the merchants. The vast majority of claims are resolved successfully within 2 or 3 months. Even if your claim takes longer, we still expect to be able to resolve it in due course.
