That is a strange price range

that is a odd price range. @OP quite a few to choose from in that range. depends what you want it for. bird watching? astronomy? long distance viewing?. size big? small? are you a beginner or do you have some experience. is it a gift or for your self as a Xmas treat?. sorry OP but going to need more info to better help your needs.

Gift for some one who is interested in astronomy and long distance viewing

I dont have any knowledge at all about telescope

Celestron 31145

Review seems to be good

Please advise

I had a Meade, great scope with Barlow eye pieces.

Git a refurb one from Meade it was brand new I reckon

For a beginner I would go for the Skywatcher 200P dobsonian as it's a lot of bang for your buck. Very easy to use for beginners and they're a lot cheaper due to not having an EQ mount. You should be able to pick that up for around £300 new.

That celestron one is great because it has a GOTO function, but the size of the mirror is sacrificed and it's more expensive.
