Tesco Clubcard Vouchers - Changing from Online to Instore?

    Hi

We currently have £15.00 worth of TCC vouchers to be used online (equates to £45.00 in deals!)

How fast could we get these transferred to store vouchers, so we can use for Xmas, mainly our Christmas Lunch?

Can they be used straight away, or would Tesco need to reissue them again for instore use?

you just use them instore, but only for £15 worth of goods-if you want the 3x deals or anything else on the website you need to order the tokens and wait for them to arrive, but the ones they send you with your statement can be immediately used in store

I dont think I can mate, as we opted for "online codes".. ? I think you may have misread what I typed? - I have vouchers totalling £45.00 if i used them online, but I dont wanna do this, as we need to use instore for face value only?! Although i'm just not sure I can do that as they are online coded, if that makes sense?

Which 'deal' did you redeem them for?

You can only use the vouchers for face value when buying groceries.

you as well mate... you've also misread! we havent redeemed for any deal! we have £15 worth of vouchers sat here! (that we CAN use online!)! With Xmas coming up we wanted to use instore to my groceries etc?

    Is that do-able?

If you ring Customer services, they MAY allow you to send them back and get points back on clubcard, but you cannot spend them instore if they are rewards vouchers

Edit: just read the above post correctly. If they are Clubcard vouchers, you can use them instore. I have mine set to online, its the discount coupons which have to be used online, but the actual clubcard vouchers can be used onilne, instore, petrol etc, should say this on them, and there should also be a barcode on the back of them!

Don't know mate - same as Barky, I get mine through the post and didn't realise you could opt to have them as e-vouchers.

If you can convert them I would imagine (although not 100% sure) that they will credit the amount back to your account rather than issuing paper vouchers, meaning that you don't get them until Feb/March now.

    thats nee good mate!

theres an option on your TCC account settings whereby you can opt for e-vouchers (for deals) which we have for the past 9months, or instore vouchers which I wanted for Xmas! - Nevermind! x

Yay just go and use them instore. All these vouchers have online codes to use online, but as long as barcode on back they can be spent in store.x
