He was heard to say, "Every little helps" as he put in his claim.

part of the compensation culture, that coupled with the state of the economy we will be seeing a lot more of these incidents ie the midwife sueing that was mentioned today aswell

Why is that so bad?
If you fell over in a Tesco store and you hurt yourself your telling me you wouldnt sue Tesco?

thats just rediculous. i think ill make them deliver as far as the front gate from now on, cant sue me if they fall outside my garden

my daughter fell in a tesco and hit her collor bone on a wheel. in front of staff, not one member of staff came over to us. i had to go to customer service of my own back to log it in their accident book, incase she ever went to a and e and they asked about old injury. cover my back, but i could prob sue, for emtional destress or summink rediculous. doesnt mean i would!!
