Tesco grocery cashback & codes for existing customers with a new email/delivery address?

Can you get tesco cashback & use £10 of £50 coupons if you register with them with a new email address a new delivery address but same name? If so would a new quidco account be needed if this has been done already? Does the credit/debit card need to be different & registered to the new delivery address?
Sorry for all the questions but thanks in advance

This would come under "obtaining pecuniary advantage by deception".

Also after your fee, you'd only get £5 cashback. Making it worthless.
