"Hmm ... On another note: 984 Pounds for 6 bikes, that is 164 Pounds per bike ... I wonder how much Tesco actually charge per bike?! Oh wait, just checked their website! Normal price: 350 Pounds, now on 'special' at 250 Pounds! Somehow can't find any sympathy for them!!"

Just beat me to it. Just another example of ripoff Britain. Thank God for sites like hotukdeals and quidco

Nearly a million, hmmmmm. I wouldn't mind the change. £1000,000 - £984,000 = £16,000.
and £5,000 cashback please.

>The supermarket chain should have paid Universal Cycles, a subsidiary of Sports Direct
>which is controlled by Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley, £984 for six Muddy Fox
>Suspension Bikes but paid £984,000 instead.

So thats how Mike Ashley got to be a millionaire.

Mind you, he "overpaid" for quite a few Newcastle players as well !!

Tesco? heart bleeds !

I just laughed out very very loud!

I wonder how many lawers they have on the case atm.

Possibly some vacancies in the Finance Dept at Tesco now I should think.

So you think companys shouldnt make a profit?

At the end of the day, I think Tesco is a pain in the butt as well, but we have to pay for the brand new state of the art stores, posh trolleys with gizmos on the wheels, loads of tills open and loads of staff somehow.

BTW I dont work for tesco, but every business deserves to make a profit.
