Tesco online credit card services

Is it just me or has anyone else had problems managing accounts online for tesco credit card??
I was told to send a letter to the credit card services to say i wanted to add a name to my account to allow me to register. I have now sent 2 letters in feb and april and still nothing.
I only have a phone number for Tesco and they tell me they have not received any letter so i have to write yet again and send it first or second class recorded. I mean how can they lose 2 letters

Hi, i can manage my tesco card online fine, i would perhaps ring them again and ask to speak to a manager as 2 missing letters is not on, also as for a refund to your credit card for the postage for the 2 missing letters and also the recorded one your going to send, you might get it, you dont know if you dont ask

seems a royal mail mail problem to me unless when you track the letters they were delivered and signed for
