What about the excellent Basil Rathbone?

Am I the only one? The new Sherlock.... I do not understand, find really hard to follow and have to watch every single second so I do not miss any of the plot...... too much like hard work, have given up watching... would much prefer to watch a more vintage production anytime! Perhaps it just me!

I've loved the new Sherlock up until this series. Episode one was just a mess and episode two only saved by the brilliantly creepy Toby Jones. It seems to have imploded and tries to be too clever for its own good. I'm hoping the last episode brings it back to Earth with a much needed bump (just my opinion of course).

No you are not the only one. I watch the new Sherlock but it is not a patch on the series with Jeremy Brett. Unfortunately the writer of Sherlock has tried to be far to clever and it just makes for hard viewing. You can buy the complete works of Sherlock Holmes for under a fiver, I advise anyone whom has not read it to do so. Absolutely marvellous stories with wonderful writing.

    The latest Sherlock is brilliant.
Look past the obvious, it's there to make seeing the plot difficult.
I can't wait for Sunday to come round.
