Theft by Quidco

Has anyone else noticed that Quidco are quietly deducting amounts from payments to cover admin fees even though these have previously been paid in advnce for 12 months?

I'm finally stopping using them and sticking with topcashback. But I think that the way that information is now presented (or rather concealed) on the Quidco site and their underhand behaviour amount to deliberate theft.

If you look at the payments they have made you may find - as I did - that the totals are less than the sum of the individual tems included. I suspect many will not notice this.

yeah i noticed that thats why i left and went to TCB

TCB seems much better in general to me. Only use quidco if TCB don't have the retailer I want

So what did they say when you asked for an explanation?

I'll post their final answer - so far their response has been fast but erroneous.

I've had three replies from Quidco - none of them convincing. The change in the way information is displayed on the site and the suppression of detailed data from previous months makes it difficult but I have had regular payments since November when I believe the £5 fee was paid. They say that I haven't earned enough and am only now paying the fee but this is demonstrably wrong.

I doubt I am alone...

I'm not sure what you are saying. I posted here to alert others and see whether this was a widespread concern - there was a similar posting on the Quidco forum which had been squashed as an 'individual problem' with no discussion allowed.

I can show quite clearly that Quidco's response is incorrect - I suspect they simply have not looked at the details - and I intend to pursue it with them whether it is just an error on my account or a more general malfeasance as I had suspected.
