TheHut.com What do you guys think of them??

I use many online company's and am pleased with literally ALL of them. You name them I have probably used them at one time or another.

However, MAYBE I'm just unlucky but when dealing with thehut.com which I have used seven times and they have "£$%^& up" on three occasions, sending wrong sizes in clothes, saying they have sent something that still shows order processing in my account and not responding to queries about errors on their behalf.

The worst I have experienced ever in online shopping!

They have been fine for me

I've bought a few things from them and never had a problem. Haven't got anything for a while so maybe they've gone downhill.

i've used them on several occasions, never had a problem with them tbh, unlike HMV, they said they sent something out, never received it and no refund given, another item didn't get sent out and they took my money, no refund, both items were for last years xmas! haven't used them again since.

Ordered something a couple of weeks ago actually for my son's birthday and hadn't arrived , kept getting emails saying 'sorry, it's on it's way' but had to cancel in the end. Mind u this does happen quite a bit with online shopping for me lol, so wouldn't stop me using them....unless it happened regularly of course:x :thumbsup:

yeh really good for me, used a lot and never a problem (touch wood) sorry your didn't go as smooth
