I just wanted some advice as my dad has had a lot of problems with Thomas Cook. He booked a hotel in Singapore, turned up and they had booked the wrong date - he therefore had to pay twice and was told to claim it back on his return. He is still waiting for the money (4 months later!) and is not getting anywhere with the complaints department. He has tried ABTA and not even received a response from them in 6 weeks! Does anyone have any advice for him or is there anything else he could try to resolve the problem??!!! Thanks, Kate

threaten them with watchdog, i would phone them up and say if i have not had a response in 3 working days you will be taking the matter to watchdog the last thing they want is bad publicity
