    Thoughts on the Nokia N95?

    Hey guys!

I'm on Orange = have been for years n years. My contracts due shortly and I've been trying to find a replacement phone for the last 6months and just confusing myself and not getting very far!! However I think I'm gonna go for the Nokia N95 8gb.

Basically the necessity is the fone has to have a really good camera/vid function on it as I'm a bit obessed with capturing memories!! And yes I know an actual digital camera would be better, but I don't wanna be carrying one ALL the time if you get me.

Ive a Sony Ericsson K800i, and LOVE the camera on it. as even in a dark pub it takes good quality pics. However I HATE the rest of the phone as I'm now on about the 7th one of these phones in the last year! Faults.. faults... faults... and the one I've got now that I've had for 3 months (the longest time with one!) has now started goin wonky where half the time when I make/receive calls the caller can hear me but I can't hear them. It's really put me off Sony ones.

I've tried that 5mp Samsung one (friend has it) and was not impressed with the camera at all... way worse than the one on my current mobile.

So basically teh Nokia N95 looks good... seems a good camera... but only know 1 person with it. Have seen pics on it, and taken some... looks good. Hows it for like in a pub or somewhere dark though?

Boyfriend has an iphone and is getting the bigger storage one for free from 02 and offered me his old one but I reallllly don't like iphone. I want a phone with real buttons AND bluetooth is a must. Tho the iphones camera is pretty good - but again I dunno how it copes in dark areas.

Anyhoo enough rambling, I judge you can get the drift....

    any ideas/comments very welcome!

    thanks
    Louise

had the n95 silver kept crashing and slow but thats when it first came out so might have had bugs but i havent got it now

n95 8gb is the best phone i have ever had.great camera too.and you have massive storage.

I have had the n95 8gb for about 4 months now and I am pleased with it. The camera is good, sounds good (with better earphones) the only drawback is the battery life. If I use the music player for an hour or so then it will need charging daily. I prefer it to the k800i I had before.
