Three live chat working or not?

I contacted Three through their live chat link over the weekend was advised I would be called back and wasn't. Now when I click the link for device support no operators are available for another reason same issue yet the switching option provides the standard form for assistance. I'm confused

They are down. I keep contacting them and get a list of generic messages telling me to 'try again in a couple of hours' . And they 'can't access my account at the moment'.. Which is quite odd as I haven't asked about my account. Can't see a way of recording the chat either, so can't prove this if I go to ombudsmen... Sneaky beggars.

I keep seeing they're down lol
They are updating systems supposedly so do not have access to accounts presently
