Three Retention Deal Should I Take?

I'm looking for the cheapest deal possible from my present upgrade with Three.
Three have offered me new Nokia 5320 with 500 minutes, unlimited texts, 1gb internet for £20 over 18 months, they have also thrown in a £180 comet voucher. Should I accept it or hold out for something cheaper.

if you consider the voucher it works out to 10 quid a month for 18 months, so seems pretty good

But thing is....do you really want this deal?
Do you really want the phone?
and is it really worth it? Are you actually going to use what's offered to you?

If yes to all questions and you dont really care about the phone then go for it...
    but consider it very carefully!

i'm not really bothered with the phone, probably give it my daughter.
I'm actually more interested in getting the cheapest possible price for the mins etc.
My wife got a deal from them a few years ago for £10 and they happily renew it each time with a new basic phone. I asked them for soemething similar and this is the best they've offered me saying it works out same as my wife's £10, with the voucher.

    ah ok
just a suggestion...my boyfriend was with 3 (had a rubbish deal) and he phoned up various companies (including t-mobile) and got the best deal that suited him....
see what other companies want to offer you
they will be desperate for your custom!
play them off against each other

I've called the call centres a number of times... Had a series of lengthy calls with them to get my contract down to £8/month  Always been very helpful.

shop around. contact vodafone, etc etc and see what they can offer, then go back to 3, and tell them (lie a little is get a slightly better deal)

Thanks for that advice, did a bit of phoning around today, unfortunately all networks were more expensive than 3, the bloke from Orange (after offering me the same deal as 3 for £32) said if price is what drives you then stick with 3. Hmmm
