    Tickets question

    Hello
I bought some tickets on Ebay for Madame Tussauds. I have now received them and it states on them 'issued to ...seller name...'
It didnt state in the auction that there was a name on it and I am now worried that if I try to use them they will ask me for ID on the same name which of course I dont. It doesnt say on the ticket that iD will be required or that they are non transferible.
It says CONDITION OF ENTRY For the safetry and but then is blank like if it didnt finish to print but it doesnt look tampered with

Dont want to travel to London and all the hassle that goes with it to be turned away.

    Can anyone advice please?

    Many thanks

Why didn't you just buy the tickets from Madame Tussauds directly?

one would assume it was cheaper on ebay..........................................................................................

You could always contact Madam Tussauds and just say that a friend bought you them as a present but as they ordered them, the ticket has their name on. See if you can still use them even if your 'friend' isn't with you?

Well for instance when we buy tickets for shows in Glasgow its always either mine or my OH's name that appears on the tickets, but we tend to give these out as presents and no one has ever been told that they cant have any access.

They didn't ask for any ID when i went.
Like others have said, safest bet is just to claim a friend gave them to you/
    Good luck

dont worry, just say they were a gift from friend or family if questioned.....which i highly doubt

Hi all and thanks for your replies. Obviously I bought them on Ebay as it's extortionate to charge £25 for a tickets otherwise and would not be able to afford to go. They are complimentary tickets and it seems that something went 'wron' on the day so they got issued these tickets in their name instead. I think I am going to give MT a call to clarify as I said I dont live in London and dont want to chance it.

    Cheers added rep to you
