Hi all,

Is it possible to create a script to add a single PDF page at the beginning of numerous of other existing PDF files (1000's)?

Hope that makes sense?

Thanks for any help / advice

Not sure what languages you know but you can use Python stackoverflow.com/que…les, you can loop over all of your pdf files if they are all in one directory you can use glob.glob("[directory_name]/*.pdf").

Or this pdflabs.com/too…it/ apparently although I have never used it.

Thanks for that, I don't know anything about Python so will have a play with the PDF toolkit you added the link as soon as I get the chance as that looks like it can do most things

I was looking at this earlier but again I'm not clued up enough to create what I need to do:

Thanks again for the help

As bigfoot100 has suggested, if you have some programming knowledge then it should be straight forward.

I have used iTextSharp (https://sourceforge.net/projects/itextsharp/) which is probably similar to the one above.

That's where I'm struggling I've got no programming knowledge, I was hoping someone could just type something up as like you said it must be a very simple script or code if you know what you're doing.

The PDF toolkit that bigfoot100 pointed me to is looking like my best option as it's got a GUI so should be easy enough to get my head round.

Thanks for the info

You might be able to do it with bullzip PDF printer, set up a default cover page in there, then simply right-click on a batch of PDF files and click print

You can merge pdfs on Mac if that's an option. Should be possible to do what you want with a drag and drop

In PHP, i used this library before, worked really well.
