    Too late to Cap?...

    .............as usual have left everything to last minute. Any last minute recs for which gas/elec supplier to change to.

    .... am currently with British Gas for gas and EDF for elec.

    im staying where i am for the mo, not into all this hype cack, gonna wait for all to have put their prices up and go from there, all these caps have a fee to get out

    Think you're too late.

    I capped with "E.On" today. It took ages as the site was getting hammered. The get out fee is £40, which is not the end of the world.
    I guess it depends on how much you believe fuel prices will go up.

    if i recall the last time this big hype was up didnt everyone jump ship to go with one provider, and then realised they where cheap because they hadnt put their prices up until a few weeks later, not so cheap after all

    im sticking where i am as well, the capped price is a high percentage above what we pay now anyways so im gonna see what happens! When the put there prices up last time my lot where the last to go and i didnt see that much of a jump and im just carefull with the heating

    I am with British Gas and my Tarrif - Click 5 dual fuel has not gone up at all...

    I am with scottish power capped. They havent increased their prices yet but the capped rate i got 2days ago is cheaper the BG's standard rate so seems a waste of money to stay with BG. Unless Scottish Power has increased their Augt 09 capped rate?? Might be worth a look
