Topcashback - 30 day limit for submissions

So I submitted a claim for an untracked order.. and they declined my claim

Order Date: 02 Feb 2018
Claim Created: 03 Mar 2018

Hi ***,

I am very sorry about this but we would be unable to follow up this claim or submit this to the network as the merchant does have a 30 day limit for submissions.

Unfortunately, any claims that're submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will bounce back to us as declined almost immediately.

I can only apologise further and hope that future purchases are completed more smoothly.

You'll probably be over the 30 day limit when they reply about their mistake.

Although there were 29 days, rather than the full 30 I believe you would have been informed of this if there was no possible way to get this submitted in the 30 days we have e.g go through all our normal checks to ensure everything is at it should be etc.

Sorry I can't bring you better news We do try our best to make sure these claim limits are as long as they can be but for some retailers this can be quite short.
