have lodged a claim as cashback not appearing in topcashback account ( purchased 10/04).
got this in amongst the response email

We'll submit your claim to the merchant's network in our next batch. Please be aware this process can take several months but we'll be in touch as soon as we have an update.

anyone had a similar issue? trying to work out how long on average it may take?
