Topcashback have suspended insurance and gambling products

Latest News: Due to FSA regulations, we will not be offering cashback for insurance products.
We've also taken the decision to remove gambling and gaming cashback.
We hope this will be a temporary measure, and will inform you on the return of cashback for these merchants.
All other merchant types and any existing cashback from these merchants will not be affected.

Hope this hasn't already been posted - did a search and couldn't find it anywhere. Above quote from the TCB website.

Hope Quidco don't have to go the same way, have my Barclays cashback pending.

Noticed that blockbuster has dissapeared from topcashback also.:?

What FSA reg's are these? Why with the Financial Services get involved?
